GameLogic, a Waltham provider of new media strategies and solutions to the gaming industry, and Ingenio, a subsidiary of Loto-Quebec, said today they have established a licensing agreement that ends their litigation over Ingenio's patents.
Under the agreement, GameLogic will market its games and content platforms to the global lottery industry, under license when applicable, from Ingenio, the two sides said.
"This licensing agreement will now give state lotteries additional access to a different portfolio of games," Ingenio director general Nathalie Rajotte said in a statement.
